What is your return policy?
It is easy. If you do not like it for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. All we ask is that you return the leash with the order confirmation you printed right after you made the purchase.

Can you ship overseas?
Yes, we will ship overseas but we ask that you contact us first because extra shipping charges will apply. We will adjust the charges based on the country you would like us to ship to.

Do you have any other products?
As of now we have one model in the two sizes and the five colors shown on our Order Page. We are in the process of developing a Handy-Leash using ¾" Nylon for smaller dogs. We are also having a new elastic model that allows the leash to stretch more than twice its current length.
